If your report has been rejected, you can edit and resubmit the report.
If you want to see the reason for rejection, click on the counter-clockwise arrow on the far left to view the reason for rejection. The reason for the rejection is usually found at the bottom.
Next, click on the pencil icon to edit the report.
Resubmit your report once the correct changes have been made.
Please note the system may take up to 20 minutes to sync with your back end system before you can edit the rejected report.
