Add User as a Delegatee

The delegate feature allows the user to submit an Expense Report or approve an Expense Report on behalf of someone else. The most common scenario for this feature is personal assistants submitting the expense reports on behalf of their executive users.  This feature can also be helpful when a user goes on a vacation or leave assigning another user as their delegatee to approve Expense Reports or submit an Expense Report. Please note this is a we-only feature, any pictures of receipts taken on mobile phones will show up in the account of the user and cannot be delegated to another user.

To see which users you can access as a delegatee click the "self" button in the right corner to change between users.

 

 

 

 

To add a user a delegatee have your System Administrator login and navigate to the Users section.

Your System Administrator can then navigate to the user they would like to add a delegatee for, click the pencil icon to edit the user.

In the User Profile Section the System Administrator can choose an Expense Creation Delegatee.  They will also need to choose a start and end date.

 

 Once the user has been successfully added as a delegatee they will be able to create and submit expense reports on behalf of another user.

 

If they need an approver delegatee the System Adminstrator will also need to fill out the amount, the name of the user approved to approve on their behalf, start date, and an end date.
