Updating A Ticket

Go to “All Requests” on the Support Home Page and click on the ticket that you would like to update

Once clicked, you will see the previous message you wrote, scroll below the previous message and add the additional comment

You can also see AppZen Support responding back when clicking on the ticket

Below the comments, you can see a small preview of the additional requests you made on the ticket
