Updating Your Profile from AppZen Support

If you would like to edit your profile from the Support Portal, go to the icon at the top right-hand corner that states your name




Once clicked, select “Edit my profile”




Once selected, implement any updates
- Required: Name and Email
- Optional: Photo and Phone Number




Once implemented, if there are green checkmarks next to the recent changes the profile has been successfully updated




Another way to make sure the profile has been updated, check the icon that states your name at the top right-hand corner to see if it has been updated





You can also click on your name icon once again and select “Edit my profile” to see if the latest updates are still implemented
