Before opening a ticket, check our service status on our AppZen Support page to see if there are any maintenance or incidents occurring.
Click on the Service Status icon in the bottom right corner
Once selected, scroll down to our “Incident History” if there are incidents occurring the day you are submitting a ticket
You can also see the status of our systems to see if they are currently operational
To get updates for any incidents, in the top right-hand corner you can subscribe to the updates
