The Analytics tools offers our customers the ability to view a visual representation of audited expense report data including spend by expense category, top merchants by expense category, top spenders, volume, and more. This tool enables our customers to identify trends and patterns in expense volume and provides insight into spending behavior.
The Analytics section can be found in the navigation bar on the left-hand side under ‘Analytics’. For an Auditor, there are two different options available for Analytics.
Auditor Dashboard - The Auditor Dashboard provides an overview of spend activities.
Employee Dashboard - The Employee Dashboard has profile data for employees.
Manager Dashboard - Track spend across organizations and cost centers
Executive Dashboard - Gives the manager the ability to see hard savings within the AppZen
