Auditor Feedback Analysis

The Auditor Feedback Analysis Dashboard provides an overview of performance based on your audit configurations. The purpose of this dashboard is to analyze your configs to understand if there is a need to make any adjustments to reduce false positives. For example, in the Auditor Feedback by Expense Type chart, we have the ability to see if a particular expense type has a higher rate "Risk is Correct, but in Policy" therefore the auditor would approve this expense to get the employee paid. In cases like this, the dashboard can provide that analysis so you can make adjustments to bring that number down.

Filters

Date Filter - Time range allows the user to choose a time range for your data. The time options are: Last Day, Last Week, Last Month, Last Quarter, and Last Year

Rule Name - Filter the data based on a specific rule/model name. For a list of our models please go here for a complete breakdown of our models and how they work to ensure that your expense reports are audited using AI.

AppZen Expense Type - Filter feedback based on one or multiple expense types.

Organization - Allows the user to do display data based on an organization.

Policy - Allows the user to do a search for data based on policy.

The feedback analysis is broken down by organization and expense type. There are two different views to read the data. The bar chart displays a visual representation of auditor feedback based on the data that is being pulled and the table view shows the numbers (actual data) that support the chart. To understand the chart data acronyms are used to represent auditor feedback the acronyms are as follows:

FPOS = False Positive (Approve)
MAPR = Manager Approved / Exception Approved By Management (Approve)
RISK = Risk is Correct, But in Policy (Approve)
FIXD = Fixed By User / Submitter (Approve)
