Account Locked

A password is needed to login to If you forget your password click on the "forgot password" link to go through the password reset process. If you encounter the following message: 

This will indicate that the account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts. 

Consult with your system administrator to unlock your account. 

If you organization does not have a system administrator, contact AppZen Support to help resolve your issue. To get AppZen support click on the "wait for the team" button within the Intercom chat window.
