Is there a time limit or daily limit for Expenses API calls or the number of expense reports submitted?

No, there are no time limits for API calls or daily limits on the number of expense reports submitted. The overall report payload size should be under 120 MB. While no specific image limitations exist, blurry images may lead to false positives or negatives.


How does the Anti-Corruption and Bribery Check model work, and what does it verify?

Anti-Corruption and Bribery Check identifies expenses that are compared with the data from news sites, government sites, databases, etc., to determine if the attendee is a politically exposed or denied person.


How can I apply multipliers based on Org wise in AppZen?

To apply multipliers, go to "Expense Audit" in the UI, select "Setup and Configurations," and click on "Audit Model Configuration." The "Apply multiplier" option will be on the right.


What happens if a report is returned to an employee and then deleted by the end-user?

If the report is deleted from the source, the message "deleted from source" is updated in the report history. Please share a screenshot of the audit trail for the report.


The RMI link is not working.

Scenario 1: The RMI link will expire in 72 hours. After that time, AppZen will no longer have access to generate the link. Users should contact their T&E team or the auditor if they need assistance.

Scenario 2: The auditor has already taken action on the report, so the link will not be accessible within 72 hours. Users are advised to get in touch with the auditor for further assistance.


Is there a way for the most senior user to view the tickets raised by other users with support access?

We can provision access to view all tickets raised across the business as per approval from the customer SPOC (Single Point of Contact).
